State Of The Art Technologies

In our process execution, the latest technologies have been implemented. This includes bar-coding, radio frequency technologies and an advanced wiring department that allows Werner to be responsive to late afternoon order requests from our contractor market.

Inventory and Delivery Services

With over $14 million in local inventory in Cottage Grove and access to $38 million of additional inventory through our partners at Van Meter Industrial and Werner Wisconsin, we have the inventory our customers need and a fleet of 22 trucks ready to deliver their products when and where they need it.

Thinking Ahead

The future is full of risks, so the Werner team is taking every action possible to prevent catastrophic events from impacting service to our customers. The RDC’s computer systems are powered with uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems and designed with redundancy. Werner has also implemented a complete disaster recovery plan including an off-site data backup center. This plan consists of logistical measures that will insure delivery, even in the worst situation. In the end, the goal is to provide the support our customers need, especially under catastrophic circumstances.

What is Social Bookmarking?
Social bookmarking is a relatively new technology that has changed the way people experience the Web by allowing users to store, classify, rate, comment on and search for links to any website or blog.

Once a Werner page is linked back to one of these sites, other users can then read it as well as post comments and related links. Instead of a search engine, you can find interesting links through a site's community of users, thereby transforming navigation of the Internet into a "social" experience.

We encourage everyone to visit the sites listed above to learn more about their Social Bookmarking features. Each offers a similar but distinct interface to fulfill your net navigation needs. So start sharing!
