I can’t say how much our organization appreciates this type of support as it all flows into great customer service. We have been growing a facility’s confidence over the past year, and they seem to be using us more and more if not exclusively. Something like this only strongly strengthens our position with the customer, and that’s what it’s all about. I offer great thanks to Werner…for helping us provide value to the customer.

The work was for the back up compressor at his hyperbaric camber at HCMC, we did not know the equipment that we were getting until it arrived. We also had to have it connected before we could leave on Friday. This means, as you know, that we would need material. We needed fuses, a disconnect switch, 3/0 wire, which needed to also be cut, and we needed all of this with in 20 minutes; [Werner] did all this and drove to the site in time. Please accept my sincerest gratitude for the superior job you and your team are doing. Your assistance has been invaluable to me during this project.

A good customer of ours had an equipment failure. Once I had the problem diagnosed, [Werner] was instrumental in specifying new servo components to replace the failed obsolete competitive brand components in a VERY short time on Friday. [Werner] had a quote to us before the competition called me back with replacement information. [Werner] also resolved a problem that arose on Saturday when Rockwell failed to ship one required cable. Then [Werner] made [itself] available by phone all weekend to support me in my efforts to get the machine running again so it would be in service this morning. I am very grateful for [Werner’s] support. It makes us look good and it makes Werner look good. Most importantly, the customer is back up and running and able to serve their customers.

Werner and Harlan continue to be the gold standard of electrical suppliers. We had lead time issues on the A/B trap key system that we needed for an Atlanta job. They sent us substitute parts at no cost; when we get the originally ordered parts, we can use these substitute parts on a future project for free. To protect us in the future, Werner will be stocking these somewhat custom parts on their shelf. This is the kind of service that we don't get from other suppliers. Werner is also monitoring our inventoried parts in Hayward similar to what is done in the Austin plant. This helps us maintain stock and reduces all the small individual part orders.

As you know, our business is very busy right now. It seems like everything is an emergency, and that in turn makes everything we order an emergency. [Werner] has been a great help to us in keeping our orders going and keeping on top of what we need, when we need it, letting us know when something might be late, and offering other options when something we are looking for is going to be delayed. [Werner] has been very responsive to emails and phone calls and we have probably asked [you] to jump through a lot of hoops for us as of late. We have really appreciated [your] help the past few months.

I am sure that you are aware that in this struggling economy everyone is being asked to be more productive with [fewer] resources. This makes it all the more important that we have access to a highly skilled support staff that can be efficient and provide us with assistance without being a drain on our time. I believe that Werner can provide us with that support.

Thanks again, and great job to the entire Werner Team! Werner came through today in a fashion that Werner should be proud of. I made the call, you guys did what needed to be done, and we got back up and running quickly. I and Kwik Trip thank you for that service. Thanks to Tim for running the board down to Rushford. The Werner team was awesome! The bad news is the bar is so high now we will just expect it in the future!!!
Werner is stocked and prepared; others just go day by day. As a customer, which supplier would you choose?????? Pretty clear to me Werner has it together and represents Allen Bradley/Rockwell better than the best!!
